The National Education Association (NEA), the biggest teacher’s organization in the country, made headlines this week when it included the sexually graphic book “Gender Queer” to its list of recommended summer reading.
After the teachers union supported a proposal to incorporate more LGBTQ+ themes among instructors and kids, the NEA’s efforts to indoctrinate youngsters are now more fully in the open.
Because allegedly LGBTQ+ individuals don’t receive nearly enough “support” in this nation, President Biden along with his wife fully endorse the union’s intentions.
In its most recent exclusive, The Post Millennial reveals this information:
At a meeting a couple of weeks ago, the new, LGBTQ-inclusive amendment was approved. The cost of all the additional resources and implementation will total $583,400. The new legislation would further integrate organizations such as the trans-focused Human Rights campaigns, the trans-teen-focused Trevor Initiative, and the worldwide trans-educational group GLSEN into curriculum and policies according to documents obtained by the NEA’s General Assembly that were examined through The Post Millennial.
According to the papers, the foundation of the argument was that “NEA recognizes the prevalence of violence and prejudice targeted at individuals who are viewed as or who identified as lesbian, bisexual, transgender, gay, questioning, and intersex (LGBTQ+) caused by anti-LGBTQ+ bias.”
Two things are unclear after reading the materials’ concept.
What exactly is the “violence” or “discrimination” the NEA is referring to, first. And, second, how can anything other than opposite-sex attraction be oppressed?
According to Big League Politics, about 40% of students at Brown University identify as LGBTQ.
Not only is that percentage extremely high—nearly fifty percent of the student body—but it also represents a significant rise from 14% in 2010—a 38% rise in only 13 years.
Additionally, LGBTQ+ topics are, if anything, disproportionately represented within the classroom.
For instance, the memoir “Gender Queer,” published by an author who identifies as LGBTQ+, has been at the center of the issue surrounding banned books because of its exceedingly sexually graphic drawings.
In contrast to the Bible, that book gets promoted in children’s libraries.
