THIS IS SHOCKING! Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Along With Other Politicians, Made Campaign Payments To A Chinese Foreign Agent

Democratic Rep. from New York, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, along with several members of Congress, have paid a large amount as campaign money to a Chinese agent, as per the records of campaign finances.

According to Fox News, one GOP member and two Democrats were involved in campaign money payments that were handed over to the Chinese foreign agent.

The report revealed:

“Reps. Kevin Mullin, D.-Calif., Grace Meng, D.-N.Y, and Nicole Malliotakis, R.-N.Y. joined Ocasio Cortez in pushing campaign cash to Sing Tao U.S., a subsidiary of the Hong Kong-based Sing Tao News Corporation Ltd, for advertising expenses during the midterm election cycle.”

The report continued:

“Those campaigns, in other words, had sent their money to a Chinese-owned entity that the Department of Justice forced to register as a Chinese foreign agent in August 2021 as tensions rose between Washington and Beijing.”

The outlet also noted:

AOC’s campaign handed over $1,500 to Sing Tao Newspapers for advertisements during the November mid-terms following the firm’s registration as a foreign entity.

Moreover, Reps. Meng, Malliotakis, and Mullin also handed over several payments of up to $7,000 to several Sing Tao entities. According to the Federal Election Commission filings, the payments were made for campaign advertisements.

Sing Tao U.S. has argued that it has no relation with the Chinese Communist Party. They also claimed that China is the “world’s most restrictive media environment, relying on censorship to control information in the news, online, and on social media,” as per the Council on Foreign Relations reports.
