Transgender-Industrial Complex: Profitable Child Sex Change ‘Industry’ Is Mutating Children For Life

‘Do No Harm’ has no apparent meaning with so many doctors performing horrendous castrations and surgeries on ‘trans’ children

Not long ago, the sexualization of children in public schools was verboten. Abusers in the education system were actually prosecuted for luring a child for sex. Now, lawmakers like California’s Senator Scott Wiener (D-San Francisco) have authored legislation effectively legalizing it.

“Wiener, previously made national headlines for empowering judges to keep those guilty of ‘illegal sexual relations between a teenager age 15 and over and a partner within 10 years of age’ off the sex offender registry,” Daniel Greenfield wrote at Frontpage Mag, linking to our September 2020 Globe article about Wiener’s Senate Bill 145 which “states non-forcible sodomy, oral copulation, and sexual penetration with a minor do not require mandatory sex offender registration unless there is a ten-year gap between the minor and the other person.”

In “Democrats Create a Transgender Child Kidnapping Network,” Greenfield addresses laws being passed in states to allow children to seek “health services” without parental approval, knowledge or involvement. The dirty little secret here is these children aren’t seeking “health services” for allergies or headaches; these health services are for transgender students seeking hormone blockers and even gender-transition surgeries.

Sen. Wiener initiated this concept and dangerous law with passage of his bill, SB 107, in August 2022, which became law January 1st, and now erodes parents’ rights by allowing minor children to travel to California for trans procedures, puberty blockers, known as “gender-affirming health care.”

SB 107 allows non-parent adults to bring minor children to California for experimental and damaging transgender medical interventions, without the knowledge or consent of their parents.

SB 107 now makes California a destination state for “transgender” procedures for minors. Many have charged that this is being done surreptitiously, targeting vulnerable minor foster children in California on Medi-Cal funded transgender hormones and surgeries without permission of a parent or guardian.

“Is this now law in California because transitioning teens is becoming such a lucrative industry in medicine?” we asked.

Greenfield wrote:

Washington Senate Bill 5599, titled, “Supporting youth and young adults seeking protected health care services”, allows shelters where a child runaway shows up not to notify his or her parents. While normally, unless a child were suffering “abuse or neglect”, the shelter would be obligated to inform the parents between 24 and 72 hours after arrival. The new law adds minors getting abortions and transgender treatments as “compelling reasons” not to notify their parents.

Once a child is listed as transgender, the parents are automatically treated as abusers.

While California, Washington State and Minnesota are making it easier for children to “transition” to another gender without parental knowledge or consent, lawmakers in 12 states have banned child sex-change procedures, while nineteen more states have similar bills moving through the process, the Epoch Times reported. “Of the 19 states eyeing a ban on so-called “gender-affirming care,” 12 have Republican-controlled legislatures, which are more likely to outlaw the use of puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and sex-change surgeries for children seeking a new ‘gender identity.’”

Where are California’s Democrats speaking out against this abuse and mutilation of children? Surely they all can’t agree on adults having sex with kids only 10 years younger, or actually support the surgical removal of healthy young girls’ breasts, or healthy young boys’ genitalia.

Sen. Wiener’s SB 107 was largely a party line vote in both the Senate and Assembly.

The Epoch Times not only addresses the many states currently in the process of passing legislation to ban gender transitioning procedures for people younger than age 26, 21, or 18, in different states, Idaho Governor Brad Little recently signed into law a ban on child sex-change surgery.

Arkansas’ and Kentucky’s governors vetoed such bills only to have their Republican-dominated Legislatures override the vetos.

What is driving much of this is not just radical leftists in the education system, but an entire, very profitable sex-change “industry.” What was not long ago called “gender dysphoria,” now is being normalized. Young people are practically recruited to join the ranks of trans kids, and then to “transition.”

“The cross-sex surgery market was valued at $1.9 billion in 2019 and is projected to rise to $5 billion by 2023, according to Grand View Research, which attributed rising market value to the increased prevalence of transgender identification and improved insurance coverage for the procedures,” the Daily Caller reported in February. “Mastectomies and breast augmentations cost about $10,000, cross-sex genital surgeries cost about $25,000, plus several thousand dollars for anesthesia and a hospital stay, and facial and other cross-sex surgeries range from $2,000 to $15,000.”

“Do No Harm” has no apparent meaning with so many doctors performing castrations and horrendous surgeries on children, knowing that altering a young person’s gender surgically usually causes more overall harm to the child, and leaves a lifetime of serious medical issues and conditions, as well as emotional and psychological scars.

In today’s ghoulish society, children are castrated surgically and chemically, but doing so to sex offenders and pedophiles has “legal and ethical” issues. Even the National Institute of Health (NIH) acknowledges hormone blockers are chemical castration: “Using hormonal drugs to reduce sexual violence recidivism is known as chemical castration.” But the federal government and activists feel chemical castration of sex offenders “has several legal and ethical issues need to be resolved.”

But it’s okay to give children hormone blockers for chemical castration — no “legal and ethical issues need to be resolved” here?

Epoch Times reports:

If they have regrets after pursuing sex-change treatments, boys can remove breasts that were added. But after taking female hormones, they often experience infertility and damaged sexual function.

Girls who change their minds and want to return to femininity can’t regain a female-sounding voice. The potential success of surgery to remove an added male appendage has been widely disputed.

Yet, left untreated for their gender dysphoria, about 80 percent of children affected by those feelings eventually outgrow the condition, according to a 2013 medical study of 127 children.

Many medical experts say sex change surgeries really don’t work. “Sex Isn’t ‘Assigned,’ and Surgery Can’t Change It,” Ryan T. Anderson, Ph.D. wrote at the Heritage Foundation. Anderson says sex reassignment [surgery] does not adequately address the psychosocial difficulties faced by people who identify as transgender. Trans people report they feel demonstrably worse since starting on hormones, and notice their dysphoria increase since starting the transition.

“Why should a doctor perform surgery when it won’t make the patient happy, it won’t accomplish its intended goal, it won’t improve the underlying condition, it might make the underlying condition worse, and it might increase the likelihood of suicide?” Anderson asks.

The transgender industrial complex is the most likely answer… $$$$$.

People who undergo sex-change surgeries do not become the opposite sex—they merely masculinize or feminize their outward appearance, Anderson added.

The permanent harm is something proponents of sex change surgery rarely, if ever, address. It’s usually left to adults who transitioned as children and later regretted it, who tell the truth about the deep physical and emotional scars.

One gutsy Democrat is speaking out, but not in California.

Fox reported:

Rep. Shawn Thierry (D-Houston). (house.texas.gov)

Texas state Rep. Shawn Thierry (D-Houston) “is defending backing a proposed ban on gender-affirming care for minors in the Lone Star State, crossing party lines to vote in favor of a bill that would restrict access to surgeries and cross-sex hormones to those under the age of 18. I just don’t think this is something that we can play politics with. Children are not political pawns,” Thierry said Monday on “Fox & Friends First.”

Thierry did her own research to learn more about the treatments nearly two years ago. “She said she drew conclusions from data showing countries walking back previously pushed gender-affirming treatments similar to those up for debate in her state and across the U.S.”

“[These countries] are reversing course, they’re stating that puberty blockers should not be the first line of treatment for children who are experiencing gender dysphoria and there are very, very serious health risks with giving children cross-sex hormones,” she said.

How did adults in the U.S. go from protecting children from predators in schools, sports, colleges and universities, scouts, and churches, to actively stalking confused kids, shy kids, autistic kids, and already emotionally damaged kids, for “transitioning” and sex changes?

And isn’t there legal recourse for parents forbidden from the process, even though they are the legal guardians of the minor children? What about recourse against doctors who perform such surgeries on minor children without parental approval?

After passage of Sen. Wiener’s SB 145, a Globe reader asked: “Why the heck does Sen Scott Wiener care so much about protecting sexual predators and care so little about protecting California’s children? Shouldn’t it be the other way around?”

HERE is the Grand View Research report.
