Joe Biden failed to remember Barack Obama’s name during a speech Monday before getting lost on stage again in the latest display of ineptitude that has leftists calling for a different candidate to step up for 2024.
Biden was in Delaware visiting a train maintenance shop, which gave him a perfect opportunity to tell his made up story about Amtrak drivers again and again:
