45th President Donald Trump has called out “Marxist prosecutors” funded by George Soros, who refuse to fully prosecute antifa rioters, like those who rioted in Atlanta this week.
In a new video, Trump condemned the “violent and vicious” anti-police riots seen in Atlanta, where antifa rioters attacked police cruisers, broke windows, and were even found carrying explosives. Six people were arrested by police on Saturday, with Trump arguing that they “wanted to kill people,” but just didn’t have the opportunity to do so.
“Unfortunately, nothing will happen to most of these rioters because of the Marxist prosecutors who have seized control of the justice system in Atlanta, just like they are in New York, and just like they have in other places,” he said. “As always, it’s hard-working, law-abiding citizens of all backgrounds who pay the price for this radical left extremism, sponsored by George Soros, it seems.”
As Trump suggested, Soros, who founded the Open Society Foundations, has spent over $40 million over the years to fund the races of at least 75 progressive, weak-on-crime prosecutors across the country.
These prosecutors end up taking little to no action against violent leftist rioters. As one example, only 10 days after being elected, Portland DA Mike Schmidt, who received $320,000 from Soros, announced that he would refuse to prosecute any of the BLM rioters from the summer of 2020, and instead defended them.
“The rioters who attack our wonderful police officers and destroy so many lives must be punished to the fullest extent of the law, and when I’m president again, if Marxist prosecutors betray their oaths and refuse to protect their citizens, I will not hesitate to send in federal law enforcement to restore peace and public safety,” President Trump declared.
“We will restore law and order in America. We’ve never seen anything like is happening right now,” he added. “Crime is up by 50, 60, 70 and a 100% in these radical left, Democrat-run cities. We can’t let it happen. Our country is going to hell. We’re going to make America great again!”
The most recent riots in Atlanta began after Georgia police officers shot and killed Manuel Teran, a leftist activist who allegedly fired on police when they attempted to clear protestors from the site of the planned “Cop City,” a new training area for Atlanta law enforcement.
Despite some of the leftist groups peacefully protesting with candelit vigils, other radical environmentalists called for “reciprocal violence” to be conducted against the police.
As Valiant News reported, Georgia Governor Brian Kemp declared a temporary state of emergency, due to the “unlawful assembly, violence, threats, disturbance of the peace and tranquility of this state and existing danger to persons and property” seen in the anti-police riots.
“Georgians respect peaceful protesters, but do not tolerate acts of violence against persons or properties,” Kemp said in the emergency order, granting him the power to mobilise 1,000 members of the Georgia National Guard. The state of emergency will last until February 9th.
In August of last year, Florida G0vernor Ron DeSantis fired the Soros-backed state attorney Andrew Warren, after he announced that he would refuse to prosecute doctors who sterilise minors, or anyone who does not adhere to the state’s strict abortion laws.
